Construction: Water Suspan is exclusively used for heating Hospital based Thermoplastic sheets to prepare orthopedic moulds & splint applications used in physical rehabilitation. It has been made with the state of art technology & meets the high standards with intelligent & user-friendly interface. It has special features like constant temperature bath with water stirring arrangement, where water medium is heated with immersion heater .For quick heating an additional optional Booster heater is provided. The unit is controlled through a microprocessor based digital temperature controller cum timer with safety thermostat & PT-100 sensor. A unique water level controller is incorporated with the bath to save dry run of Heater. The Heaters will be automatically cut-off, when sufficient water is unavailable followed by audio alarm. An imported & sturdy drain cock is fitted for ease drainage of water.
