The constant low temperature bath is comprised of a compressor refrigeration system with a high precision thermostat combining the microprocessor and PID control techniques and a PT-100 sensor.

Safety features
Low liquid level protection
If the water level is too low the heating pipe will shut off and the alarm light will illuminate.
Temperature out of control
If the temperature exceeds the preset level by 2 during the thermostatic process the heating pipe will shut off and the alarm light will illuminate.

Over current protection
If the electrical current is exceeded during the course of operation the internal fuse will blow thereby protecting the apparatus and the operator.
