About Humidity Controlled Oven

Additional information:

Construction: The unit has a triple-walled construction, with the inner chamber made up of SS304 and the outer chamber made up of GI / SS and finished in powder coated epoxy paint with glass wool insulation between the chambers. A Full view glass window is provided in the main door to facilitate easy viewing of the contents of inner chamber. A magnetic gasket and lock is provided on the door  for perfect sealing of  inner chamber. A perfectly designed cooling and heating system  operates the system at any temperature from 10C to 60C with an accuracy of 1C. Humidification is achieved through steam flow on circulation with humidity levels ranging from 40%RH to 95%RH and Humidity Stability of 3%Rh.

Control System: The unit is controlled by a Microprocessor based PID controller, which controls the temp. and humidity at required set level. The controller is simple to operate and the user can set direct humidity %Rh and temperature on digital indication .A glass wiper is provided on glass window for eliminating condensation. One Fluorescent Tube is provided inside the inner chamber for illumination. A perfect backside blower motor air circulation system is included in the machine for providing uniformity of temp. and humidity.

On-demand software based online Microprocessor programmable PID controller with Time proportionate bands, data logger and cyclic timer, real clock battery backup and RAM memory, printer and PC interface, along with PT-100 sensor can be provided with the unit at Extra cost. Our systems are fully controlled, easy to handle, user friendly, intelligent and Reliable.
